New haircut

Yesterday i went ahead and got myself a hair cut in a nearby hair dresser. I decide to tidy my hair a bit and cut of the broken parts and aa little more from the front, so much that I got myself bangs. Atm this looks so weird, not yet used to it, was so long time since I last had my hair like this. I also bought some hair colour and going to colour it today if I have the guts that is :D  I was really surprised that it didn’t cost as much as I expected, I was about 30 € off from the real prize so it was awesome =)

Oh ye and the best thing ever was that the hairdresser asked me to be a model for her at some course so she can practice some hairdos on me. How cool is that! ^^

Guild Wars 2

Been playing guild wars like a maniac for the past weeks, I really enjoy this game and I think there will be some awesome moments in the future too. Before the game came out I wasn’t really sure if I were to play it so much, but the game sucked me in and that’s all I have played lately, didn’t even try the new Mist of Pandaria pre patch for WoW. Few days ago I hit the max level with my main character Saqa the Engineer =D and already leveling a little my second character a Mesmer. The great thing about this game is that it doesn’t get super easy or things don’t get overpowered, you are always scaled to match the area so you can also level in 10lvl areas even though you are lvl30. Also the pvp is super great, I haven’t done much battlegrounds but the World vs. World vs. World’s are really fun to play, excluding all the bugs they have been having with it. In pvp you are also scaled to lvl 80 so everyone is more or less equal, which is really great. I have also done only 3 dungeons so far and the first one was a bit scary, cos it needed super skills to get it trough (note: we had only 4/5 people in the dungeon), the second ones were really nice, but a little buggy still. But waiting eagerly to try all the dungeons out one by one. One thing I miss and I think everyone does is the auction house that isn’t working yet, but it would have been really helpful with leveling crafting, when you miss 1-2 items all the time. Hope they get it running soon =)

Trip to the forest

One warm summer day I decide to go for a little hike to a forest / swamp. Took some pictures and ate a lot of blueberries  =D

And as you might notice, I love taking macro shots.

Oh what a day, cleaning and washing dishes, but was worth it. The first time I see our apartment clean =D

Long time no see

I was on edge to stop writing this blog as I expected, but now I got bored enough to continue this.

I have been having my holiday now for 1 week, 2 weeks left =) I also moved to a new town now and been settling down now. Got myself some epic loot on my travels to IKEA, although some of it was totally unnecessary, like always. I wish I could have some pictures of the new apartment but it’s still a huge mess so have to organize stuff and maybe then I can show it =)

After 2 weeks I’m also starting my new school, the industrial design and before you start to wonder more I will just give you a link that I got from a friend "Industrial design served" . So to design basically whatever ^^ I’m really excited to get to a new school and meet new people and hopefully find friends easily. Thankfully I have a friend studying there so I can always ask help if needed.

I also mixed my blogs a bit; I made my real life to a different channel and gaming’s to its own.

Steam sale & Portal 2

Steam summer sales

Noticed the steam summers sales had started, didn’t really pay attention to them because I thought I’m not going to need any new games, I was wrooong. Few days ago I bought Portal 2 and after that left 4 dead 2 and now Saints Row: The Third, and I somehow got so hooked that I even opened my computer in the morning before leaving to work. There’s still a few hours till the sales end, and keeping my eye on things if there would be something I would want.

Well not quite.

Portal 2

Been playing portal for few evenings now, love it. Only thing that annoys me is that when I spend super long trying to find how to do a certain test area and in the end I find the simplest solution there is, seems like I always think the hard way. And the ball that was supposed to be my friend turned evil =(  well time will tell how it ends up. The test area editor was pretty awesome too; just have to learn to use it. Also can’t wait to try the co-op mode, which should have its own plot.
